The trip, the timing, the money and the guarantee
The short answer: you buy the flights, the clinic takes care of everything on the ground — meeting you at the airport, a hotel near the clinic, transfers and an interpreter. You receive the treatment plan with its price before you fly, not in the chair. Timing depends on the work: veneers and crowns take 5–7 days in one trip, implants are split into two.
What the clinic covers and what stays with you
We take on
Meeting you at the airport with a name board, transfers airport — hotel — clinic, a room in a hotel near the clinic, an interpreter at the appointments and a coordinator in touch between them. Accommodation and transport are arranged through official partners, and the final make-up is fixed in your plan before you arrive.
Stays with you
The flights and, if your country needs one, the visa. We do not sell tickets and do not arrange visas — but we will suggest convenient dates to match your treatment plan, so you do not spend extra days waiting in Istanbul.
How many days it takes
Veneers and crowns
5–7 days in a single trip: examination and scanning, smile design, try-in, fabrication and fitting. One trip, and you leave with the finished work.
Implants
Two trips: placement first, 7–10 days. Then a pause of 3–6 months at home while the implant fuses with the bone. Then 5–7 days for the permanent crowns.
All-on-4 and All-on-6
The implants and a temporary bridge go in during one trip, and you fly home with teeth. The permanent bridge comes on the second trip, after fusion.
Root canal treatment
It usually fits into the same trip as the main work: canals are treated before the prosthetics, not on a separate journey.
Money: what you know before you fly
The plan with its price comes first
From your photos and X-ray the dentist draws up a plan: what will be done, over how many trips and what it costs. You see the figure before you buy a ticket.
The price in the plan does not change
The cost of the work listed in the plan is fixed. It is not a “from” figure but what you will pay for that work.
Anything beyond the plan needs your yes
If the examination on site shows that something more is needed, the dentist names its price separately and before the work begins. Nothing lands on the bill without a conversation.
You pay after the examination, not before
Payment is in cash or by card, at the clinic. You pay only after you have been examined, an X-ray has been taken, you have spoken to the dentist and received your treatment plan. There is no prepayment before you arrive.
About the guarantee
On the implant — the manufacturer’s guarantee
Straumann gives a lifetime guarantee on the implant itself; Osstem and MegaGen have their own terms. This is the manufacturer’s guarantee: it does not depend on the clinic and applies under the rules of its subsidiary in your country. Which system you have is written in the plan and in the documents you take home.
On the clinic’s work — terms given at the visit
The term and the conditions of the guarantee on crowns, veneers and prostheses are stated by the consulting dentist during your visit and issued in writing — before the treatment begins, not after. Ask for them together with the plan.
Every guarantee has limits. A chip in the ceramic from load — ice, nuts, opening bottles — untreated bruxism and a lack of regular hygiene fall outside it. It is fairer to know that in advance than to find out when you make a claim.
